IMPORTANT
This site is about many Fundamental Human Rights, but REMEMBER:
Without understanding and focusing, primarily, on the MOST Fundamental of all human rights: the one, without which, we could have no other —THE RIGHT TO BE, we can never successfully protect and benefit from any other Fundamental Human Right at all.
So, please, make sure you go to THE RIGHT TO BE and THE RIGHT OF RIGHTS to understand and protect our MOST Fundamental Human Right TO BE.
JUDGES
Would you like to be judged by someone who is a member of a group that makes their money and gains power and status from insuring a complicated, unjust system continues to exist?
If you wouldn't want to be judged by an intentionally UNjust system, why would you subject anyone else to such injustice?
THE ESSENTIALS
When those of one profession dominate the acts of making and implementing our laws, wisdom dictates, it is necessary to ensure that people outside that profession (non-lawyers, in this case) oversee the activities, so as to make certain their actions are performed in the best interest of the people.
There is a fundamental human right to have unbiased judges who have no conflict of interest. Therefore, judges must be elected or appointed from other than the ranks of lawyers, because we have learned the lesson that lawyers complicate and confound the law, for their own gain, and judges who are lawyers decide cases in the best interest of the lawyers, rather than impartially, in the best interest of the people according to laws.
DISCUSSSION
The laws of the United States and each State and local Government, in theory, are meant to stabilize societies, to provide consistent standards to encourage good behavior and discourage and punish bad behavior.
To permit a system that discourages, or impedes good behavior, and condones, encourages and promotes bad behavior, is counter to the the spoken and written objective of our, so called, justice system. The pursuit of truth requires us to take note that there are some who benefit from encouraging bad behavior and discouraging good behavior. Too often, in the American Justice System, those who are suppose to be acting in the interest of the people, have, instead, chosen to confound and complicate the justice system because doing so benefits lawyers —in spite of the fact that it harms the people and society. Judges know about and contribute to this corrupted process.
Ultimately, people get the system they allow to be in place. This wrongful manipulation will continue if the people do not do their duty to oversee and insure a just system.
Modern courts, through the judges who run them, who see themselves as gods rather than servants of the people, have permitted and contributed to the transformation of our "just" system into its current "unjust" state.
It is just part of human nature to use things for one's own advantage. Whether we admit it or not, most of us would somehow use authority given to us for our own benefit, especially if we know no one is watching us, and no one seems to care enough to oversee how we are using that authority. This human inclination can be tempered if we know someone (ultimately, God) will hold us accountable. However, if the general population does not hold those with authority accountable, especially in the courts, it is almost guaranteed that deterioration will follow and the good are punished by a court system that sets the bad free and convicts the innocent.
We are going to deal with this current condition of the American [so called] Justice System. We hope you will stay connected so you can know about and help implement our program to correct this grave injustice. But the work is great and the workers are few (so far).
The short answer to this problem is that it is necessary to remove lawyers from judgeships and in their place put good, honest people from many different walks of life. Only then will we have judges who are not members of the group (lawyers) who, now, control all the aspects of the system. Overwhelmingly, our legislative, executive and judicial branches of government are overrun with lawyers. Keep in mind, their future depends upon having a substantial enough crime rate and civil conflicts to keep them working.
Just ask yourself, what would lawyers do if the crime rate plummeted? What would they do if people settled their disputes among themselves? You and I, and they know they will not let this happen. And as long as they have fellow lawyers as judges, who are members of their club, they know they are assured of having sustainable crime rates and civil disputes.
We have this corrupt system because we are not willing to give up our time, money or attention to rectify this injustice. They will continue it as long as we allow it.
Can it be changed? You bet it can —if we care enough to change it.
If you would like to help put the JUST back in our justice system, there are a few things you can do. First, let us know that you recognize we have an obligation to change it. Secondly, help financially support this effort.
There are steps that need to be taken to reform our justice system and you can help make sure these steps are taken.
