THE CONSTITUTION ACTUALLY NAMES OUR UNBORN DESCENDANTS AND PROHIBITS ABORTION
Does the Constitution of the United States have anything to say about abortion? Does it prohibit the abortion of specific individuals? For those who approach abortion from a moral, religious, Christian point of view: Does the Constitution of the United States provide any answers that can help us end the destruction of the unborn children we seek to protect? The answer to these questions is an absolute: YES.
You know, many people believe our Constitution PROHIBITS the protecting of our unborn children, yet many others say they believe the Constitution is supposed to protect our unborn children. But few people can point to exactly where, in the Constitution, they would find the words that specifically say the unborn are to be protected.
The truth is: The Constitution of the United States of America, not only mentions our unborn descendants, it specifically states they are to receive the exact same blessings from the Constitution and this Nation, as ourselves.
WHERE ARE THESE WORDS?
For any document to have any real meaning, it must say, in writing, precisely who that document pertains to, and how it pertains to those named. The Constitution, of course, does this. And it is important to know that without doing so any such document would have no real meaning.
The Constitution states (for all to clearly see), that its fundamental purpose is: "to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves, and our Posterity," In that portion of THE STATEMENT OF PURPOSE of the United States Constitution, we find, precisely, who is named to benefit from the Constitution and the existence of this Nation.
NOTICE: It does NOT just name "ourselves". Those who wrote, reviewed, approved and ratified the Constitution, for this Nation, included another group, other than "ourselves". They named, not one but two groups. That other group is "our Posterity". Why have we ignored this group? Precisely, who is that second group?
Your posterity is all your descendants until the end of time. Your posterity includes your children, and their children, and their children, and their children, on and on. Obviously, your children's children's children are very likely not born yet, yet they are still named in the United States Constitution, and are supposed to be the object of all we do as a nation. Our Founding Fathers, with these words, indicated that this government was not being formed just for the people living then, but for all their descendants until the end of time. They were saying that all that this Nation provides to any of them is to be provided to all their descendants, all the descendants of all the people of the United States, until the end of time, or the end of the United States.
WHY DIID THEY USE THESE WORDS?
What words would you use if you wanted to name all your descendants to receive something that you had created and protected for them? The word "posterity" has been all but forgotten in modern times. This is mostly because, now days, many tend not to think about generations of the future. But those who understand the inevitability of time, understand the importance of acting today to provide our descendants a better, more honorable life, by doing whatever they can to make sure their descendants have the Blessing of Liberty available to them, as required by our Constitution.
With the words "our posterity" people make known, and our Founders made known, that their descendants, for all time, are to benefit from all this Nation has to offer. With these precise words, our Constitution names the descendants —including all the unborn descendants— of all those who were and are one of "We the People" to receive the exact same blessings from the Constitution and this Nation as we are to receive.
While we continually and repeatedly shout to all about the rights the Constitution acknowledges for us, we, to our shame, have failed to acknowledge the other group named alongside us, in the United States Constitution, the Posterity of the people of the United States.
The Christian community, in particular, should embrace what the Constitution actually says regarding our unborn descendants.
WHAT QUESTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASKED?
The question that should have been asked by the court, or anyone for that matter, is: Who is named in the Constitution to receive its benefits?
The answer is that there are TWO groups named in the Constitution of the United States to receive its benefits, blessings and protection.
IT IS NOT HIDDEN
It's not hidden. It's right there in the opening sentence, which is the Statement of Purpose of the Constitution, stating its primary purpose is to "secure the blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity,".
Why, then, do we allow the destruction of those named in the Constitution?
Our government officials allow this grave injustice because they have determined the Constitution is really meaningless and they believe they can do whatever they wish, as long as the people allow them to get away with the behavior.
THERE IS NO LAW WHEN YOUR OFFICIALS ENCOURAGE THE VIOLATION OF THE MOST FUNDAMENTAL LAWS OF YOUR LAND
No honorable people would destroy the offspring they helped cause to exist. People who claim to be about equal rights, who would destroy those who are in a state of human development that these people have been blessed and permitted to successfully go through which allowed them to be the person they are today, know NOTHING about equal rights.
When such hypocrites steer a nation, there is no chance such a nation will regain its honor until the people force a return to honorable behavior.
TO BECOME AN HONORABLE, RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE
To become an honorable, righteous people, where equal rights and Fundamental Human Rights actually mean what they were intended to mean, we MUST unite to express one voice that says we demand the protection of the unborn descendants who are named in the Constitution to receive the exact same blessings as ourselves. Our Founding Fathers and Mothers, as well as all those who risked or are risking their lives for us, so that we may remain free, trusted, and are trusting us to carry out the protection of their posterity who are named, alongside ourselves, in the Constitution of this Nation. It is up to us to keep their posterity from being irreversibly destroyed. Our Founders and all those who sacrificed time, labor and lives to secure these blessings of liberty need us to honor what they have done for us and, especially, for their posterity. For us to do less than all we can for them would be a betrayal of all we claim to be about.
Moral positions are not just expressed in religious literature. Regarding the practice of taking the life from our unborn descendants, the Constitution of the United States speaks loudly and honorably prohibiting such evil behavior.
